Brokers Advantage Overview
The Brokers Advantage presentation is
done in your office in an educational “round table”
format during a breakfast or lunch meeting for a relaxed and informal
setting. We will also invite one of your top closing attorneys to
join us. The First American Attorney Agent will speak about current
changes in the real estate market, the effect on realtors and any
other current issues that may be happening in the industry. The
attorney is given the opportunity to speak and more importantly,
to meet and to listen to the realty professionals in your office.
Brokers Advantage believes the introduction
of the Realtor and the Attorney Agent provides business opportunities
for both parties.
Brokers Advantage and the First American
Attorney will provide a brief explanation about the First American
Title Eagle Policy and the protections
it offers buyers and real estate brokers/realtors. We’ll show
you how the title insurance premium is calculated and the value
an owner’s Eagle policy provides the new homeowner. You’ll
see how the Eagle policy works
directly for you and with you in future referrals.
Our Brokers Advantage presentation also
includes the display of our unique “Open House Kit”
and all of our complimentary products. These selling tools were
created specifically for realty sales professionals and are readily
available by contacting our office or the First American Agent.
We’ll briefly discuss the value in the partnership of working
with our First American Agent and show you how our strength as the
title insurance industry leader can further protect your buyers
and in turn, your future referrals. We’ll end our presentation
with a follow-up question and answer session and you’re on
your way to protecting your future referrals.
