The Eagle Protection Owner's Policy was created to benefit homeowners and real estate professionals.

For homeowners, we recognized a need for more coverage's, including some that have not traditionally been offered by title insurers, some that deal with post-policy title matters that have not been a part of title insurance at all, and some that have only been available previously by endorsement when specifically requested.

For real estate and escrow professionals, we saw a need to reduce homeowner concerns that created call-backs and professional challenges arising from incidents not covered by title insurance.

The result was the EAGLE Policy, offering greater protection and increased peace of mind.
